Large Compressed Towels
These large compressed towels are made from high-quality regenerated cellulose fiber (viscose) and compressed into round discs. When exposed to water, each disc expands within 3–5 seconds into a full-sized towel. The material offers excellent water absorption, quickly soaking up moisture with a soft, gentle feel on the skin. The compressed discs are compact and easy to store, making these large compressed towels ideal for travel, hotels, outdoor sports, and camping. Each towel is individually sealed for hygiene. They can be reused multiple times, offering good value.
Compression Density Control
Compressed towel production requires precise control of compression density – too tight and expansion is slow, too loose and the disc size is too large. Shino's equipment has been refined over years to achieve optimal compression for fast, even expansion. The Xinjiang cotton base ensures raw material quality, and the Ningbo facility operates with a Class 100,000 clean workshop and Class 10,000 laboratory. Full in-house production from raw material to finished product with no subcontracting ensures quality control. Shino holds ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications and a disinfection product production license.
