Our Factory
The company has set up its own high-quality cotton material base in Xinjiang and a modern processing and production base in Ningbo. It's equipped with 100,000-level cleanrooms (ISO8) and 10,000-level laboratories. The company owns a full-process production line from raw cotton to finished products, with over 20 years of production experience and no outsourcing. The production equipment includes cotton drying machines, high-efficiency non-woven cloth dehydration machines, cotton slicing machines, finished product packaging and lamination machines, automatic air-pressure feeding equipment, water-spun non-woven cloth constant tension control machines, cotton stamping machines, pillow-type packaging machine tail sorting devices, single-piece folding facial towel machines, and more.

Since 1999, it has had the ISO9001 quality management system, and in 2018 it passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. In 2003, it obtained the hygiene license for disinfectant product manufacturing in one go, and in May 2020, it got the medical device production license. The company has repeatedly received A-level annual enterprise evaluations, a 100,000-class cleanroom, and a full-process production system.
At the same time, Ningbo Shino Cotton also co-drafted the Zhejiang Manufacturing group standards for 'Cotton Pads' T/ZZB 2353-2021 and 'All-Cotton Soft Towels' T/ZZB 3808-2024, the industry standards for 'Cotton Pads' FZ/T 64117-2025 and 'Compressed Face Masks' FZ/T 64118-2025, and participated in the industry standard for 'Nonwoven Fabrics for Cosmetics' FZ/T 64051-2014 and the national standard for 'Soft Towels' GB/T 40276-2021.
